Notary Signing Agent

I am a Certified Notary Signing Agent and can provide mobile notarization services to real estate document signers at their homes, businesses, hospitals, banks and more.

A Notary Signing Agent (NSA) is a Notary Public who has been contracted by a business entity (lender, title or escrow company) or other hiring client to oversee the signing of the loan documents and notarize those pages within the packet as needed.

NSA’s are independent agents. They do not work for the lender, title or escrow company directly. They are merely hired as an impartial member to the signing process to notarize documents as instructed. The NSA is paid through the company who hired him/her.

• I have been background screened and carry $25,000 coverage in Errors and Omissions Insurance.

Fees for Loan Doc Signings:

Charges range from $100 to $250. The Standard e-docs package typically runs $125 (for up to 300 - 350 pages). Fax-backs (scanned and emailed) are charged at $0.50 per page if over 350 pages. The higher end of the $100 - $250 range could be due to extended travel, extensive number of pages within the document, the number of required fax-backs, travel to more than one location to get all signatures if more than two signers are involved or more than one loan is involved.
